I both lose and find myself in the rhythm of burlesque, singing karaoke or zipping through forest trails on my mountain bike. Get the energy moving, get centered, maintain equilibrium. These activities bring balance to my soul. Sometimes it's good to get lost in a story, to be captivated by a good plot line and some quality cinematography. Classic movies are purrfect for that. Some movies are best enjoyed with someone to cuddle... Audrey Hepburn on the screen and us in each other's arms is my idea of bliss.
